Responsibilities Take the lead on luxury residential projects from groundbreaking to hand‑off. Coordinate multiple trades, maintain schedules, and uphold quality and safety standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring an outstanding client experience. Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the project crew. What We’re Looking For Proven Luxury Residential construction experience with 5+ years managing high‑end residential construction projects. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades, maintain schedules, and uphold quality standards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on client and team interaction. Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel; experience with Procore and Smartsheets is a plus. Patient, service‑oriented approach, ensuring an outstanding client experience. Reliable transportation and availability for extended hours when necessary.
