Role Description The Field Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Lehi, UT. This role is responsible for identifying and prospecting new business customers, presenting Hiring Quick’s recruitment and HR solutions, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract signing. Day-to-day activities include conducting in-person meetings and demonstrations, following up on leads, preparing proposals and quotes, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The representative will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and provide ongoing account support. The role also involves meeting sales targets, monitoring market trends, and representing Hiring Quick at local events, networking opportunities, and industry gatherings. Qualifications Strong field sales, business development, and account management skills, with the ability to manage the full sales cycle and meet or exceed revenue targets. Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, including confidence in conducting in-person meetings and product demonstrations. Experience with CRM tools, pipeline management, and basic data analysis to track performance and inform sales strategies. Knowledge of recruitment, staffing, or HR solutions is highly beneficial, with the capacity to understand and explain platform features and value to clients. Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide reliable client support. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with strong time-management skills. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client visits and events.
