Wireless Store Manager - AT&T Authorized Retailer, Fonepage Communications
We love meeting passionate sales leaders, but for this specific role, we do require 2+ years of recent AT&T retail management and wireless sales experience in order to be considered.
Fonepage Communications an AT&T Authorized Retailer, is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Wireless Retail Store Manager. We're searching for a candidate who can inspire their team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and achieve outstanding sales results. If you’re passionate about technology, thrive on building a high-performing team of wireless sales consultants, this is your opportunity to shine.

What We Offer
We believe in rewarding our leadership team for their hard work. Our lucrative commission-based sales structure allows our top performers to earn up to $140,000 annually.
- $35 - $50/hour (hourly pay + commission + incentives)

Responsibilities
- Train, mentor, and motivate a team of wireless sales consultants
- Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, and compliance.
- Maintain a welcoming environment and ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service to build local loyalty.
Qualification s
- Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, wearables, accessories, WiFi systems, internet solutions, and entertainment/ streaming services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build customer relationships and drive sales.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions.
