Overview Join Our Team! Green Orthodontics is seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused Administrative Assistant/Insurance Coordinator to join our growing Orthodontic practice in Clarksville, TN. This in-office role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has experience with insurance verification and administrative support. As a key member of our team, you will help create a positive experience for new patients while ensuring insurance and financial processes run smoothly behind the scenes. What You'll Do Verify orthodontic insurance benefits and eligibility Process and post insurance payments and checks accurately Assist patients with insurance-related questions and coverage information Support the new patient experience, including handling incoming new patient calls Coordinate closely with the financing department to ensure accurate patient account information Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Provide administrative support to the clinical and front office teams as needed Deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to a welcoming office environment What We're Looking For Experience with insurance verification required, preferably in a dental or orthodontic setting Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with computer systems and practice management software Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset Recent graduates with relevant experience or training are encouraged to apply Schedule Full-Time Tuesday-Friday Office Hours: 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM Benefits Green Orthodontics offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; PTO and paid holidays; 401(k) options; andthe opportunity to work with a supportive team dedicated to providing exceptional orthodontic care.
