Supervisor

Supervisors play a key role in ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly by overseeing shifts, coaching team members, managing cash procedures, and maintaining the welcoming atmosphere Chick-fil-A is known for. This role also includes opening/closing the store, making sure all procedures are completed accurately and the team is set up for success Responsibilities include: Oversee restaurant operations during shifts and ensure smooth execution. Open and close the restaurant following established procedures. Count and verify cash drawers and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed. Coach and support Team Leaders and Team Members throughout the shift. Maintain a welcoming and positive atmosphere for both guests and team members. Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care. Ensure team members follow operational procedures and brand standards. Monitor restaurant cleanliness, food safety, and overall guest experience. Communicate effectively with leadership regarding shift performance and team needs. Lead by example in hospitality, work ethic, and teamwork. Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to management for appropriate handling.
