CNC Machinist Blaine - Direct Placement Join a clean, climate-controlled machine shop producing precision aerospace, medical, and semiconductor components.

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate CNC Mill-Turn, lathe, and mill machines
• Read blueprints and hold tight tolerances
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Make tooling and offset adjustments
• Troubleshoot machining issues and improve processes
• Edit Mazatrol programs (experience-dependent)

What They're Looking For

• CNC machining experience
• Blueprint reading and inspection skills
• Setup and troubleshooting experience preferred
• Mazak/Mazatrol experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a high-mix, low-volume environment

• 1st Shift: Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Mon-Thu, 3:00 PM-1:30 AM

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Blaine, MN.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $101920.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
