We're building a high-performance AAA agency focused on growth, accountability, and helping families protect what matters most.

Unlike many insurance agencies, your income isn't tied to just selling policies.

Our producers have multiple ways to win:

We offer a compensation structure designed to reward producers who build complete households and create long-term client relationships, not just write policies and move on. Producers earn a base salary, monthly bonuses, benefits, PTO, and renewal income that grows as their book grows.

This is not a position for someone looking to hide in the corner, collect a paycheck, and do the minimum.

• Sell and service AAA insurance products including Auto, Home, Umbrella, and Life Insurance
• Educate clients on AAA memberships and membership upgrades
• Present and offer AAA credit card solutions when appropriate
• Build complete household protection plans
• Generate referrals from satisfied clients
• Cross-sell additional products and identify protection gaps
• Follow agency sales processes and CRM workflows
• Maintain high activity levels and consistent follow-up
• Meet or exceed monthly production, membership, life insurance, referral, and credit card goals
• Participate in coaching, training, and team development activities
• Deliver a world-class client experience

Active Property & Casualty license required- This is a in office position- **Assessment must be completed to be considered

Active Life & Health insurance license required (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
