Requirements

• NYS licensure & DEA Certification
• Board Certification

Recruitment Package

• Base Salary: $600,000 per year
• 100k Non-Invasive Bonus Package: $50k Starting Bonus, $25k Retention Bonus year 2, $25k Retention Bonus year 3
• Fellowship Sign-Early Stipend up to $100k per year, paid monthly
• Excellent benefits: health/vision/dental insurance, paid malpractice with tail coverage, CME time & $4,500 annual expense allowance, paid time away from practice
• 403(b) retirement savings program with employer match
• Loan Repayment eligible for PSLF program
• Other: Productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, other forms of cash compensation as applicable
