???? ABOUT THE ROLEWe’re looking for a rockstar Patient Care Coordinator to join our Dublin clinic .

This role is the heartbeat of our front office and plays a huge part in our patient experience.

???? WHAT YOU’LL DO???? Patient Care & Coordination

• Greet patients warmly and professionally
• Schedule appointments & collect co-pays
• Help ensure every patient receives excellent care

???? Patient Flow & Scheduling

• Manage daily schedules
• Track appointments to reduce cancellations and improve efficiency

???? EMR & Billing Support

• Work within EMR systems
• Assist with insurance billing & Georgia state contracts
• Ensure accuracy and compliance

???? Marketing & Community Outreach

• Help with patient engagement events
• Participate in quarterly workshops (1 evening or Saturday per quarter)

• Comfortable with technology and eager to learn

???? POSITION DETAILS✔️ Full-Time

• 4 ten-hour days
• OR 5 eight-hour days
