Direct Care Aide

Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Provide companionship and support to clients, fostering a positive and comfortable environment. Administer medication and monitor health status as instructed by healthcare professionals. Help with household tasks including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands. Document and report any changes in clients' conditions or needs to supervisors. Ensure clients’ safety and well-being at all times. Requirements Previous experience in direct care or similar role is an advantage. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately. Reliable and compassionate with a strong sense of responsibility. Must be able to pass background checks as required.
