Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, individualized assessments to understand each client's unique situation, identifying symptoms, strengths, and areas for growth.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that actively engage clients in their healing process, incorporating evidence-based interventions.

• Implement therapeutic strategies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to assist clients in overcoming trauma and mental distress.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists and counselors, to provide holistic care that addresses the various dimensions of client needs.

Your role will primarily focus on empowering clients facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California is required.
