Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of senior clients' needs, developing tailored strategies to address their mental health challenges.

• Act as an Independent Contractor, managing your own case load while adhering to organizational protocols.

• Research and identify relevant resources and support services, ensuring clients have access to the necessary tools for recovery.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress using standardized electronic health record systems to maintain high-quality care.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community resources to create comprehensive care plans that encompass all aspects of clients’ well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on providing services to senior clients, who may face a variety of mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, dementia-related issues, and other age-related psychological concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
