Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify patient needs and inform treatment plans.
\n
• Facilitating care coordination among multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that all aspects of a patient's care are considered and addressed.
\n
• Consulting with healthcare team members to discuss treatment options and progress regarding individual patient cases.
\n
• Providing individual, family, or group psychotherapy focusing on specific issues such as marital conflicts, depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health concerns.

• Liaising with community agencies to connect patients with additional resources related to healthcare, financial assistance, education, and vocational training.
\n
• Documenting treatment plans, clinical notes, and evaluations clearly and accurately in patient profiles to comply with established medical records policies.

• Advocating for patient needs during disposition planning, facilitating optimal transition and continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role currently supports adult and geriatric populations, with the potential to expand into child and adolescent therapy in the future. You will work with individuals facing a variety of challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, relationship issues, trauma recovery, and life transitions. Your ability to build strong therapeutic alliances will be essential in fostering trust and promoting positive outcomes for all patients.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a LMFT in the state of California.
\n
• Familiarity with general theoretical and clinical models relevant to the practice of therapy.

• Proven ability to establish rapport with patients and create a safe, respectful therapeutic environment.

• Strong skills in writing detailed clinical notes and maintaining current and accurate medical records.

• Solid understanding of social work ethics, standards of practice, and the ability to adhere to them.

• Demonstrated competency in performing mental status exams and identifying significant changes in clients’ mental health.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with other professionals and support staff.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with education, experience, and specialization. Additionally, we offer:
