Work Environment\n

This remote position fosters flexibility while allowing you to engage with clients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We prioritize work-life balance and support our therapists with continuous professional development and resources.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their mental health needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their specific requirements, goals, and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address clients' issues.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary based on feedback and therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated, holistic care that addresses both mental and physical health.

• Stay current with research advancements in mood disorder treatments to continuously enhance the effectiveness of therapeutic strategies.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal and ethical guidelines in all aspects of client documentation and treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
