Community Housing Network, Inc.

Community Housing Network is seeking a Housing Navigation Specialist to coordinate intake, verify eligibility, search for housing, and manage leases for program participants. The role involves coordinating the coordinated entry system and collaborating with community partners. The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and knowledge of housing programs.
