Collections Representative *Hybrid - Tampa*

Our client is seeking a Client Accounts Representative to act as a liaison with clients, resolving client non‑payment issues to improve collection realization. Will also work with internal teams, attorneys, and assistants. Compensation: $23-$25 hourly Location: Tampa, FL (33610) – 3 days/week on-site , 2 remote Must‑Haves Entry‑level, out of school with a degree or ~2 years in collections Proficient with accounting functions Proficient MS Office skills Strong, collaborative personality representing the company to clients Nice‑to‑Haves Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Business discipline Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (vlookup, xlookup, pivot tables) Legal experience B2B or C2C collections Responsibilities Communicate and interact with attorneys, assistants, and clients. Manage assigned attorneys' inventory, monitoring and resolving aged invoices, credit balances, and aged unbilled work. Handle all aspects of attorney and client outreach (via email, phone, and/or mail) to resolve non‑payment issues. Respond to collection‑related requests quickly, effectively, and accurately. Partner with the Billing team to resolve auditing issues, reconciliation issues, and to elevate concerns as needed. Communicate and report to leadership on delinquent collections and at‑risk inventory.
