Job Description We are seeking natural leaders who desire a management role. Training includes hands‑on and classroom style, covering leadership and managerial skills. We look for candidates with customer‑service industry experience and genuine leadership abilities to manage their own locations. Key responsibilities: Lead and develop a team, maintaining a positive, energetic environment. Efficiently staff and stock the store, meeting deadlines and operating within payroll and inventory budgets. Maintain a clean, organized work environment inside and outside the store. Build sales and develop loyal customer relationships through outstanding product and service. Develop and cross‑train staff in all aspects of store operations. Hire, coach, and train baristas.
