Job Description
The Support Services team delivers exceptional customer service to staff and tenants by ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely execution of essential operational services. This role creates meaningful impact through reliable handling of shipping, mail operations, and donation processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage mail and shipping operations — Receive, sort, and secure all incoming mail and packages; prepare and ship outbound domestic and international packages with correct postage, insurance, and documentation. Ensure compliance with U.S. and international export regulations and maintain accurate shipment records.
- Process incoming donation checks — Receive, count, log, and confirm all donation checks delivered to HQ. Coordinate with the Gift Processing Team and third‐party processor, providing tracking details and safeguarding all donations.
- Support meeting services — Assist with large group meeting logistics as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation — Ensure all records related to mail, shipping, and donations are complete and compliant.
