Regional Director of Operations - Premium Japanese Restaurants

Zuma Restaurants seeks a Director of Operations to oversee our New York region, partnering with GMs, Executive Chefs and senior leadership to drive operational excellence, guest experience, and consistent Zuma standards.

You will lead multi-unit teams, monitor financial performance, develop annual budgets, and implement strategies to achieve targets across premium, high-volume venues. Travel across the region is required to support growth and operations.
