We are a locally owned company dedicated to helping families create safer, more accessible homes. As a Customer Care & Scheduling Coordinator, you are the communication hub of our business—ensuring customers, technicians, and sales teams stay connected and every project runs smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and keeping things moving behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and care

Schedule and coordinate installation and service appointments

Create accurate product and service quotes for customers and support field sales team

Communicate updates between customers, sales, and field technicians

Manage calendars and ensure efficient routing of jobs

Prepare and process work orders for installation/service teams

Assist with vendor coordination, order tracking, and shipment updates

Process invoices and payments accurately

 

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of customer service, administrative, scheduling, and quoting experience

Strong communication and phone skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Positive, service-oriented mindset

Basic computer skills (scheduling tools/CRM experience a plus)

Reliable, consistent, and team-oriented
