Sales Retention Representative – High-Income Opportunity $150,000+

This role focuses on retaining potential contracts, reversing cancellations, re-engaging previous opportunities, and helping homeowners move forward with confidence. You'll work closely with our sales team to maximize conversions while delivering an outstanding customer experience .

Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospective customers by phone, text, and email to secure their business.
• Contact customers who have canceled or are considering canceling existing contracts to retain their business.
• Re-engage previously quoted customers and introduce alternative products or solutions.
• Assist the original sales representative by coordinating follow-up opportunities through the appointment team.
• Run smaller project and service sales appointments as needed.
• Conduct needs assessments and recommend solutions that best fit customer goals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly to maximize satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with sales team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Track customer interactions, sales activities, and performance reports.
• Stay current on company promotions, products, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with sales managers and trainers by providing feedback to improve team performance.
• Continuously improve through coaching and feedback.

Qualifications

• Proven sales success with experience converting leads into closed sales.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable learning and using CRM systems, estimating software, Microsoft Office, and other technology platforms.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and accountable for results.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
