Customer Service Representative – Large Format Signage – Austell, GA

We’re looking for an experienced, detail‐oriented Customer Service Representative from a large format sign or print shop to join our sign division. This is a key client‐facing role: you’ll manage orders, guide customers through options, and keep projects moving smoothly from quote to installation or delivery.

If you’ve already worked with large format signage and graphics—banners, building signs, wall and window graphics, exterior signs, vehicle or fleet graphics—and want to be paid like a pro for doing it right the first time, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as the primary point of contact for large format sign and branding customers
• Prepare accurate quotes, enter orders, and manage timelines from start to finish
• Help customers choose the right materials, sizes, and sign solutions for their application (indoor, outdoor, temporary, long‐term, etc.)
• Review proofs, specs, and artwork to catch issues before they hit production
• Coordinate with production and installation teams so jobs run on time and to spec
• Track order status and proactively follow up with customers
• Handle issues quickly and professionally to protect the relationship
• Pitch in with general shop support when needed in a team environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Direct experience working in a large format sign or print shop as a CSR, account manager, project coordinator, or similar role
• Working knowledge of common large format materials and substrates (e.g., vinyl, mesh, PVC, foamboard, ACM, banner stock, window perf, corrugated plastic)
• Confident, professional communication skills with customers and internal teams
• High attention to detail and comfort managing multiple jobs at once
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, proofs, and project specs
• Problem‐solver who takes ownership instead of passing issues down the line
• Solid computer skills; experience with order entry, estimating, or CRM systems is a plus
• Team‐oriented attitude and willingness to help where needed

Compensation:

We’re serious about hiring someone who already knows large format and can reduce headaches, not create them.

• Compensation: $48,000–$55,000 per year, depending on large format sign/print shop experience and level of responsibility
• Higher starting pay is available for candidates with proven large format CSR or project coordination experience and a track record of successfully managing multiple jobs at once.
