This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating people, managing processes, and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience. What You'll Do Manage daily office operations for a busy home sales center Coordinate contracts, loan processing, and customer files Schedule contractors, deliveries, and installations Process invoices and maintain accurate records Communicate with customers, lenders, manufacturers, and vendors Keep projects moving from contract to closing What We're Looking For Office management or operations experience required Strong organizational and multitasking skills Exceptional attention to detail Experience with invoicing, finance, or loan processing preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Outstanding customer service and communication skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Why Titan Factory Direct?
