6am-6pm

6pm-6am

Position Summary 

As a nurse in our long-term care setting, you will provide resident-centered nursing care, support clinical decision-making, and work closely with CNAs, physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to promote resident health, comfort, and quality of life. 

Responsibilities 

-Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies 

-Administer medications and treatments as ordered 

-Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately 

-Document nursing care, assessments, interventions, and resident responses accurately 

-Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members 

-Supervise and support CNAs as part of the resident care team 

-Promote resident dignity, safety, comfort, and quality of life 

Qualifications 

-Current LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania, as applicable 

-Long-term care experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate 

-Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills 

-Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
