Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations for patients in both inpatient and outpatient realms, cultivating tailored treatment plans to meet individual needs

Education

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
