Financial Analyst - Business Unit Support, Technology

Partner with Technology and Finance leaders to provide financial analysis, recommendations, and decision support Lead and support Business Unit Financial Reporting & Analysis, Forecasting, Budgeting, Financial Modeling, and Special Projects Analyze spending trends, identify risks and opportunities, and develop actionable insights for management Prepare and deliver executive-level financial reporting, dashboards, and presentations Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives, including business cases, investment analyses, and productivity opportunities Support the Global Technology Services Power BI environment, including maintenance of existing dashboards, reporting solutions, and data models Design and develop new Power BI dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics Drive automation, reporting enhancements, and continuous process improvement initiatives Requirements Broad financial and accounting knowledge and business acumen Strong presentation, oral, and written communication skills Ability to work effectively and build relationships across a matrix structure and with a diverse management team 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting, with a strong ability to prepare executive-level reports and dashboards using Power BI. Proven track record in driving process improvements and providing actionable insights to support strategic initiatives.
