Family Assistant to Hedge Fund CEO

Location: Palm Beach, FL + Travel with family Compensation: $85-100k/yr + Bonus An UHNW family is seeking a warm, reliable, and experienced Nanny / Childcare Professional to provide attentive care for their children. The ideal candidate will be nurturing, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working in a private household environment. This role requires someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and can create a safe, structured, and engaging environment. The family is looking for a dependable professional who can support the children’s daily routines while also being flexible and helpful with child‑related household responsibilities. Responsibilities: Provide attentive, hands‑on care for the children in a safe and nurturing manner Assist with daily routines, including meals, naps, school preparation, activities, and bedtime as needed Plan age‑appropriate activities, play, outings, and educational engagement Drive children to and from school, activities, appointments, and playdates as needed Prepare simple meals and snacks for the children Keep children’s areas, bedrooms, playrooms, and belongings organized Assist with children’s laundry and light child‑related housekeeping Communicate clearly with parents regarding schedules, updates, needs, and any concerns Maintain a calm, professional, and discreet presence in the home Be flexible and willing to help where needed in a busy household environment Qualifications: Prior nanny, childcare, or private household experience required Strong references from prior families or childcare‑related employers Warm, patient, reliable, and trustworthy Comfortable working in a private home Strong communication and organizational skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred CPR/First Aid certification preferred Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Must be comfortable with background and reference checks Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is kind, polished, dependable, and proactive. This person should be able to balance warmth with structure, anticipate the needs of the family, and provide consistent, high‑quality care.
