Client Experience Representative

Veterinary Client Services - Woodbridge, NJ 1200 Route 9, Woodbridge NJ 07095 Position Overview Front Desk Veterinary Client Services staff serve as the first point of contact at GSVS, greeting clients, checking them in and out, scheduling appointments, handling payments, answering phone lines, and providing front‑line customer service in a fast‑paced emergency/specialty practice. Responsibilities Greet and register clients upon arrival. Check clients in and out of the hospital. Schedule and confirm appointments. Collect payments and discuss financial questions. Answer and route multiple phone lines. Maintain accurate data entry and record keeping. Represent GSVS professionally, demonstrating empathy and discretion. Collaborate with clinical staff and maintain communication flow. Assist with administrative duties as needed. Qualifications 1+ year experience in a client‑service role; veterinary hospital experience preferred. Strong customer‑service background. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple phone lines. Attention to detail and strong data‑entry skills. Comfort handling deposits and discussing financial matters with clients. Empathy, professionalism, and discretion. Ability to work collaboratively and build long‑term relationships with colleagues, clients, and community. Positive outlook, honesty, integrity, and enthusiasm to learn. Schedule Sunday–Thursday, 2 pm–10:30 pm or Tuesday–Saturday, 9:30 am–6 pm. Benefits Competitive salary based on experience.
