Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $31.25–$40.87/hour DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

TDL Staffing is seeking a Business Systems Manager for an Anchorage organization. This role oversees the software, data, and business systems that support daily operations, including Yardi, CRM, CMS, LMS, SharePoint, reporting tools, and Microsoft-based solutions.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working between technology and business operations, with the ability to configure systems, support users, work with vendors and internal teams, maintain data integrity, and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support Yardi and other core business applications
• Coordinate software updates, testing, implementation, and ongoing system maintenance
• Support CRM, CMS, LMS, access control, SharePoint, reporting, and Microsoft-based platforms
• Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve system issues and support software initiatives
• Oversee business-system vendor contracts and administration
• Develop user guides, checklists, and training materials and provide basic software support
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding related to business systems
• Maintain data integrity across systems, SharePoint directories, dashboards, and reporting tools
• Support ETL, system integrations, and interoperability between internal and third-party platforms
• Identify, build, test, and maintain workflow automations and other process improvements
• Partner with department managers to improve systems, reporting, procedures, and workflows

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Alaska Driver’s License and ability to meet company auto-insurance requirements
• Strong computer software and system-configuration skills
• Strong verbal, written, analytical, basic mathematics, and interpersonal skills
• Background screening is part of the hiring process for this position.

Preferred Experience

Three years of professional experience in systems administration, business systems, software coordination, or a related role is preferred. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is also preferred.

Experience with Yardi, CRM, CMS, business intelligence tools, Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, software implementation and management, data integration, or workflow automation is highly valuable.
