FRONT DESK COORDINATOR Long standing private practice in Sugar Land is looking for an experienced front desk coordinator. Practice focuses on quality and patient centric treatment. Looking for the right candidate who will stay and grow with us long term. Title Front Desk Coordinator Job Description Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner Managing appointment scheduling and confirmations Answering phone calls and responding to patient inquiries Maintaining accurate patient records and updating information as needed Handling billing, payments, and insurance verification/claims processing Coordinating with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable Managing correspondence, emails, and office communications Maintaining confidentiality of patient records in compliance with applicable regulations Salary Range full-time $21 - $24 per hour Benefits Employee discount Free parking Paid time off Paid time off can be discussed after 90 day probationary period. Shift & Schedule Work Hours Monday to Friday 9-5. Half an hour unpaid lunch.
