What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Identifying opportunities for account growth and implementing strategies to achieve success. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client needs. Monitoring account performance and preparing detailed reports for management. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions. What We’re Looking For: Skills and Qualifications A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with clients and team members. A results-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving account growth and retention goals. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple accounts effectively. Familiarity with the pharmacy or healthcare industry is a plus, but not required.
