Shift Manager We are looking for a Shift Manager to lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. The Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers, maintains quality, service and cleanliness, and meets McDonald’s standards. Responsibilities Ensure food safety and quality. Communicate internally and with other shifts. Manage inventory, scheduling and daily maintenance. Lead crew and provide training. Monitor performance, safety, security and profitability. Support department goals and meet target metrics. Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality.
