Maintenance Worker

Qualifications Successfully complete required pre-employment background and drug screening. Possess a valid driver’s license that meets company standards for approved driver status. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Have at least one year of experience in overall maintenance work and general building maintenance. Essential Functions Provide regular and preventative maintenance and repairs to facilities as assigned. Report any equipment needs and repairs immediately to supervisor. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment in good working order. Assist in monitoring the regulatory compliance of buildings, equipment, and grounds. Perform all other duties as assigned.
