Job Title Sales and Service Assistant Manager Reports to District Manager FSLA Status Non-Exempt Position Status Part-time Location Vancouver - 72nd, WA Work Schedule 9:00 AM-6:00 PM – subject to change; ability to work on weekends Pay Range $17.00 to $18.00 per hour Travel 25-50% of the Time Job Summary Effectively market and sell self‑storage solutions to potential customers. Work independently in both office and property. Provide excellent customer service and general property care. Responsibilities Market and sell self‑storage solutions to potential customers. Work independently, spending time inside office and outside on the property. Perform general property care, cleaning, and maintenance. Conduct daily property walk to confirm spaces are ready to rent. Process payments accurately and handle cash. Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience. Maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Requirements MUST have a Real ID or Passport to travel to San Antonio training center. Physical Requirements Transport and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds. Walk in and around the property, spend up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
