Sarah Neuman Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is a 301-bed skilled nursing facility located in Mamaroneck New York.

Monday-Friday

The RN Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of nursing care within an assigned unit of a skilled nursing facility or long-term care center. This position ensures high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, care coordination, and effective communication among residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.

Rate $118-$124

Required

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or acute care.

• Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills.

• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and documentation requirements.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Previous supervisory or management experience in a nursing home or skilled nursing facility.

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR).

• BSN degree preferred.
  Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist residents as necessary.

• Ability to respond quickly to emergencies.

• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
