What You’ll Do

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop tailored care plans
• Administer general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care during a variety of surgical procedures
• Monitor patients during anesthesia and respond to any complications
• Support post-anesthesia recovery and pain management
• Document care accurately following hospital and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with a team of anesthesia and surgical staff in a hospital setting
• Assist with out-of-department services including cardiology, obstetrics, endoscopy, and radiology on an as-needed basis

What You Need
Required:

• Valid RN license in Michigan
• NBCRNA certification (CRNA)
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to perform general adult surgical and obstetric anesthesia procedures
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• PALS certification
• Experience with arterial line insertion, IV placement, and floor intubations
• Prior anesthesia experience in a hospital setting

About the Assignment
Join a well-respected hospital in Rochester, MI, part of a leading healthcare system, providing anesthesia services for a variety of surgical specialties across 11 ORs. You will work under the supervision of an MDA in a Level 3 trauma facility with an annual ER volume of approximately 80 cases, supporting diverse adult and geriatric patient populations. The hospital performs about 35 surgical cases daily, including general, neuro, vascular, orthopedic, and obstetric procedures, along with outpatient pain management and outpatient endoscopy. This role offers a rewarding opportunity for both new and experienced CRNAs to grow professionally in a supportive environment.
