️ What You’ll Do

• Perform MIG, TIG, Pulse, and Flux Core welding on various metals
• Fabricate pressure vessels, piping systems, and custom assemblies
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specs
• Select welding methods, equipment, and parameters per job
• Work primarily with carbon steel; stainless as needed
• Conduct inspections (first article + in-process checks)
• Use calipers, squares, and measuring tools for precision
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams
• Support continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency

✅ What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on welding experience (MIG, TIG, Pulse, Flux Core)
• Ability to read and work from blueprints and technical drawings
• Carbon steel fabrication experience (required)
• Stainless steel experience (preferred)
• Competency in pressure vessels, piping, or custom fabrication
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable in a low-volume, high-variation environment

• ASME certification or code welding experience
• Familiarity with ASME & AWS standards
• Experience with inspection and quality processes
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
