Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a unique rotational opportunity. The successful candidates will work within a 32/40 rotation, covering every other holiday, and are expected to commit to an assignment lasting between 8 to 12 weeks, starting on November 1.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients based on established protocols and standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient needs are met efficiently and compassionately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and document patient progress and any changes in condition.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness practices.
- Comply with all regulatory and safety protocols during care delivery.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Current and valid RN or LPN license.
- Relevant nursing experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly within a rotating schedule.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing quality patient care.
