Sales Director

We invite you to join as a Sales Director at our Pine Valley Retirement Community. Responsibilities Achieve and exceed occupancy and revenue targets, driving revenue by increasing occupancy, maximizing market rates, and collecting applicable fees. Ensure that tactical plans for occupancy, move‑ins, and sales effectiveness targets are incorporated into the community’s quarterly REV Plan, contributing to strategies that achieve community‑wide goals. Develop persuasive, compelling narratives to articulate the community’s unique value to prospective customers, convincing prospects of why the community stands out. Ensure that all customer interactions are tailored to meet the specific needs of each prospect, driving relationships forward through mutually agreed next steps. Actively participate in the Daily Alignment Meeting, ensuring that customer experiences, move‑ins, move‑outs, and occupancy data are accurately represented in both Welcome Home and Yardi systems. Fully document customer data and sales activities in the CRM, ensuring transparency and seamless handovers when necessary. Qualifications 3+ years of successful experience in leasing and sales with senior housing experience preferred. Demonstrated traits of accountability, meeting high expectations, confidence, goal‑orientation, and a desire to succeed. Sales skills including persuasiveness, customer service, active listening, and adherence to the company’s sales systems. Strong English language written and verbal communication skills, with the expectation to conduct a predetermined number of outbound sales calls each day. Strong computer skills, including experience with a CRM. At least 21 years old. Valid driver license and access to a vehicle, able to conduct outreach appointments.
