We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Developer to become the first dedicated U.S.-based product development leader supporting Mölnlycke's Pressure Injury portfolio. Key responsibilities include: Lead product development projects from concept through commercialization Translate customer and clinician insights into innovative product solutions Partner with R&D, Marketing, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and Operations teams throughout the development process Support verification, validation, risk management, and design control activities Drive technical problem solving and root-cause investigations Contribute to portfolio planning, innovation initiatives, and future product roadmaps Communicate project progress and recommendations to key stakeholders This role offers a competitive base salary and annual bonus.
