Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be
assigned.
Remove with hands extraneous material from beans on sorting belt and place in
designated waste bucket.
Periodically check shaker screens and TME for stones to ensure effective operation.
Control functions on sorter when necessary.
General housekeeping and maintenance of area when necessary.

Set up operation of poly bag machine and bag printer, case printer, and taping machine.
Transports with a forklift truck tote bags of beans and places in hopper.
Removes totes of beans from racks at the end of each day using forklift truck for next
day’s production run.
Ensures poly line is running smoothly and properly.
Ensures quality of line by working with Quality Control Department.
Assists with other jobs in line when necessary.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• manual lifting up to 40lbs
• standing for 10 hours at one time
