What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React and NodeJS, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features that enhance customer engagement.
- Utilize TypeScript for building robust applications while adhering to best coding practices.
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS and GCP, ensuring high availability and security.
- Conduct thorough testing using tools like Vitest, Jest, and Playwright to ensure quality deliverables.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to elevate overall code quality.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on mobile engineering.
- Proficiency in React, NodeJS, TypeScript, and cloud services such as AWS and GCP.
- Experience with testing frameworks like Vitest, Jest, and Playwright.
- Familiarity with React Native for mobile application development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and their integration into applications.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience in fast-paced development environments.
- Previous experience in the financial services or fintech industry.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role is $180K, complemented by a strong equity package through an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP). This company offers a collaborative work environment that fosters professional growth and innovation.
