We are currently seeking an individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, directing them to the appropriate team members. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. QUALIFICATIONS: Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable engaging in conversations. Basic computer skills.
