Senior Product Manager

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and scale our programmatic advertising exchange and SSP capabilities within Life360’s growing Ads business. This role combines deep operational ownership, strategic product leadership, and hands-on collaboration across Engineering, Programmatic, Sales, and Partner teams.

• Own exchange operations and performance by serving as the primary product owner for exchange-related issues, integrations, and reliability.
• Provide strategic product leadership by defining and maintaining the product vision and roadmap for programmatic and exchange offerings.
• Drive monetization and exchange optimization by applying expertise in supply and demand dynamics, auction mechanics, pricing, formats, and partner mix.
• Own and evolve programmatic integrations across OpenRTB, Prebid (client and server), and Google Open Bidding.
• Manage product-related partner relationships by supporting SSP, DSP, and technology integrations.
• Drive future-looking platform investments by evaluating industry shifts, including AI-driven buying and selling protocols.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Business Development teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management within AdTech.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required; advanced degree is a plus.
• Deep familiarity with programmatic advertising and standards, including OpenRTB, Prebid, and Google Open Bidding.
• Experience working with header bidding and auction dynamics across Web, Mobile, and CTV.
• Proven track record of owning complex, high-scale platforms.
• Strong ability to lead in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
• Experience working closely with Engineering teams on technically complex systems.
• Demonstrated success collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to assess business and revenue impact quickly.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience representing a company externally with partners and at industry events.
