Marketing Director

American Home Design is looking for a Marketing Director to lead and own our marketing function end-to-end - from budget and performance strategy to campaign execution across TV, digital, and lead-generation channels. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is equally comfortable setting strategy for leadership and getting into the weeds of CPL, ROI, and campaign performance data. This is an in-person role based at our office in the Nashville, TN area. What You'll Do Budget & Performance You'll own the marketing budget end-to-end - allocating spend across markets, products, channels, and vendors, tracking cost per lead, marketing costs, and adjusting investment based on what the numbers show. You'll prepare monthly performance reporting for leadership and dig into any unusual shifts in lead volume or sales performance. You'll oversee our full marketing mix: TV and traditional media scheduling and creative approval, paid search/PPC and paid social strategy, retargeting and direct mail, and email campaigns. You'll manage relationships with lead aggregators and purchased-lead vendors, including our Jacuzzi and RainSoft lead programs, auditing lead quality and ZIP-level performance along the way. Marketing Technology & Lead Nurture You'll own our SMS platform and automated lead-nurture campaigns, manage lead reactivation and database marketing initiatives, and coordinate with our broader marketing technology stack to keep lead routing running smoothly. Creative & Brand You'll manage our promotional calendar, approve creative and messaging across every channel, and make sure offers and DISCLAIMERS stay consistent from TV to digital to direct mail. Website & Digital Presence You'll oversee our website marketing initiatives, SEO strategy, landing pages, and online reputation, working with outside vendors to keep our digital presence and AI-search visibility strong. Cross-Functional Leadership You'll partner closely with sales and call center leadership to troubleshoot lead flow, speed-to-lead, and lead quality issues, and you'll serve as the primary point of contact for our marketing vendors and agencies - negotiating budgets, evaluating new opportunities, and resolving issues as they come up. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 5+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role, ideally with multi-channel budget ownership Strong analytical skills - comfortable managing CPL, and Cost of Marketing Experience managing paid media, traditional media, and lead-generation vendors Familiarity with marketing automation/CRM platforms and campaign tracking tools A track record of managing vendor and agency relationships, including budget negotiation Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate marketing performance into clear updates for leadership Experience in home services, direct response, or multi-location marketing is a plus Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus, commensurate with experience.
