Deliver Results.Jerry Seiner South Jordan GMC is looking for an experienced Internet Sales Manager to lead our digital sales team. If you're passionate about developing people, maximizing internet opportunities, and creating an exceptional customer experience, we'd love to meet you.In this leadership role, you'll oversee our internet sales process from lead to delivery, coach a high-performing team, and work alongside dealership leadership to drive sales growth. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to turn online shoppers into lifelong customers.What You'll DoLead, coach, and develop the Internet Sales/BDC teamManage internet, phone, and digital sales leads to maximize conversionsTrain team members on phone skills, appointment setting, follow-up strategies, and customer communicationMonitor key performance metrics including response times, contact rates, appointment show rates, closing ratios, and customer satisfactionEnsure accurate CRM usage, documentation, and consistent follow-upPartner with Sales Managers to desk internet deals and help customers find the right vehicleMaintain compliance with dealership policies while maximizing profitabilityFoster a customer-first sales culture that delivers an outstanding online and in-store experienceAnalyze performance reports and implement strategies for continuous improvementWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience as an Automotive Internet Sales Manager, BDC Manager, or Automotive Sales ManagerStrong knowledge of automotive CRM systems and internet lead managementProven leadership experience with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountableExcellent communication, organization, and customer service skillsResults-driven mindset with a passion for improving performanceValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordWhy Jerry Seiner South Jordan GMC?For more than 50 years, the Jerry Seiner family has built a reputation for putting people first-our employees and our customers.
