Job Description Summary This position provides treasury support services to accounting within a centralized treasury environment utilizing an in‑house ticketing system. Job Description Responsible for opening, closing, and modifying commercial bank accounts. Execute signature cards and other required banking documentation. Process request tickets submitted by accounting for various banking transactions. Work closely with partner banks and manage a high volume of daily requests from the accounting team. Collaborate with internal Treasury partners to close accounts. Initiate online electronic fund transfers (i.e., wires, ACHs, interbank transfers). Input bank account data into internal systems. Collaborate with internal business partners, including the legal and compliance departments, to ensure adherence to real estate law. Provide backup for other Treasury Analysts and cross‑train in all areas of Treasury. Perform other tasks or special projects as directed by supervisor. Organizational Responsibilities Follow established policies and procedures, monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and operational processes related to area(s) of responsibility, and report violations or infractions to appropriate individuals. Practice proper safety techniques in accordance with company, property, and departmental policies, procedures, and standards; report any mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions, employee/visitor/resident injuries or accidents, or other safety issues to appropriate individuals. Identify areas for improvement and offer suggestions to improve efficiency and productivity. Stay abreast of current changes in technology, processes, and industry standards by attending internal and external training, researching, or subscribing to professional publications, and applying knowledge and practices to area(s) of responsibility. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively via email, correspondence, and telephone; use correct grammar, punctuation, and attention to accuracy and detail. Ability to multi‑task and work independently in a fast‑paced environment; excellent time‑management skills to meet daily deadlines. High proficiency in Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook; experience with online banking portals, Salesforce, and Yardi preferred. Strong mathematical skills to add, subtract, multiply, divide decimals and fractions, and calculate percentages for data analysis. Employment history demonstrating a broad understanding of treasury and cash management, the real‑estate industry, especially the multi‑family housing sector. Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least 2 + years of Treasury, Cash Management, Banking, or Accounting/Finance experience. Hourly range: $25.00 – $26.44. Additional Compensation Corporate positions: In addition to base salary, may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance. On‑site property positions: In addition to base salary, may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
