Job Responsibilities
  • Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and establish individualized therapy strategies to help achieve their functional ambitions.

  • Partner with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive and holistic care.
  • Educate Patients and Families: Instruct patients and their support networks on therapeutic methods to maintain progress outside of clinical settings.
  • Track and Adapt Progress: Monitor treatment outcomes and refine approaches as needed to ensure patients remain on their path to recovery.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Encouragement for continuing education and support for post-graduate credentials.
Certifications
  • Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
  • Current NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must.
