Job Description

• Curate Individualized Therapy Plans: Understand patients' unique challenges and tailor therapeutic strategies that empower them towards achieving their desired functional capabilities.
• Implement Targeted Interventions: Apply research-informed methods to enhance patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and everyday activities.
• Engage with Collaborative Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to ensure a unified approach to patient care.
• Teach and Mentor Patients and Families: Instruct patients and their loved ones on therapy techniques to promote continued progress at home and in their communities.
• Assess and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring an effective pathway to recovery.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
