Your job will assist the director of our highly-engaged team and manage the assigned food and beverage outlets under your watch, so that every guest leaves happy! Compensation:

$65,000 - $75,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Supervise current food and beverage staff to ensure high-performance standards and hire and train new staff
Work with our culinary team to create new menus with the correct pricing structure
Make regular reports on customer satisfaction scores and recommend suggestions for improvement
Assure product, supplies, and labor costs are sustained and tracked for accuracy
Implement and monitor operation schedules of food and beverage staff

Qualifications:

Extensive knowledge of the current culinary landscape and understanding of standard portion and plating standards
Firm understanding of the national healthy safety regulations
High school graduate or equivalent, degree in hospitality management preferred
At least 3 years in a supervisory role in the food and beverage department
Customer relationship management experience desired
